Hi again. I assume that you are using Windows 7, as this issue occurs to some win7 machines.

I am having the same issue as Waleed El-Badry,

I used TuneUp 2010. When logging off, the screen is changed, but when windows starts up the default screen shows up.

Hey Waleed – that definitely shouldn’t happen. Did you try TuneUp Utilities 2010 or the manual method?

It changes windows 7 logon screen when you log off. But the original logon appears when you start Windows. Is this rational?
