Last Saturday, September 26, Sandro Villinger, Windows TuneUp evangelist, was a featured guest on TechTalk Radio. He led a discussion on Windows 7, as the general public waits in anticipation for the October 22 launch date.
Sandro went into depth on the changes he has observed while testing Windows 7, his favorite features like AeroSnap, and the advantages and disadvantages of upgrading right away. He advocated Windows 7’s improved performance, user interface and new taskbar, with concrete examples from his own beta testing experience. In terms of the upgrade process, Sandro explained why a clean install is the preferred approach over an upgrade.
