Besides giving you insight into Windows news and PC tips and tricks, TuneUp, developer of Windows optimization software suite TuneUp Utilities, would love to hear your feedback, specifically on the 2010 version. We would like you to answer some brief questions, and help us with future updates to TuneUp Utilities 2010 and improve upon it with the next version of the product.

I do not recommend buying Tune Up. I bought a copy, and within one week this company was trying to sell me another 2012 update and would not let me use the 2011 copy I bought. On top of that, their service departent would not repond to my inquiries. It is easy to see that this company only cares about scamming you into buying a copy of this software every year.

Hi Pippin, thanks for your feedback. Of course you can stay with your TuneUp Utilities 2011 version. Once you entered the license key you bought, the software runs a lifetime. To speed things up, please let me know your ticket number, that you get, when you contacted our support and I’ll check immediately. Best, Alexandra
